Ayurvedic Nutrition & Cooking Course highlights the Ayurvedic perspective of nutrition. During this 7 day intensive Ayurveda training, participants learn the vital connection between Ayurveda and healthy living. During this Ayurveda Diet & Nutrition Course, Students will learn how to plan well balanced, nutritious vegetarian meals made from grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, seeds, dairy products, fat, spices and herbs, based on Ayurvedic principles. After the successful completion of the course a certificate will be issued. This course is open to everyone including yoga teachers, yoga practitioners; those who want to become healthy vegetarians and would like to learn about balanced food according to the principles of Ayurveda.

Accommodation for the students will be arranged in nearby guest house. Each student will be given individual rooms with attached bathroom. Students can use the kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator. Free Wifi Internet connectivity is also available.
Most of our students, especially single women or apprehensive travellers, like the start of their journey taken care of, so that they are not troubled in having to familiarize themselves with the new country and environment.
Accordingly, in this package, we include the transfer upon arrival (one-way) & you are in our safe hands from the moment you arrive into Trivandrum Airport.
